My Work with Community Labs Through the Teens Teaching Teens Organization

I have worked as a Senior Boardmember of the Teens Teaching Teens organization to bring biotechnology education to community labs in San Jose, CA, and Seattle, WA.

In San Jose, I worked with the BioCurious Community Lab to teach PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, Cell Transformation, and Genetic Cloning to teens that do not have the access to the necessary resources to learn these Biotech techniques.

In Seattle, I have worked with SoundBio to build a Teens teaching Teens curriculum within their labs. I plan to continue this partnership in the future as well as work with other community labs across the nation to expand the Teens Teaching Teens program.
